What Are Brainspotting Intensives?

A Brainspotting Intensive is a condensed therapy experience that takes place over two to three half-days. Instead of spreading therapy over months of weekly sessions, intensives provide focused, uninterrupted time to process unresolved trauma, emotional pain, or relationship challenges.

Brainspotting itself is a powerful brain-body therapy that helps you access and release trauma stored deep in the nervous system. By identifying “brainspots” connected to your emotional triggers, Brainspotting allows your brain and body to process old pain that talk therapy alone often can’t reach.
